Rates - Caribbean Villas

Winter Rates (December 15 - April 15) Villa No. 1 $100 per night; $600 per week plus 7% Government Tax Villa No. 2 $200 per night; $1,200 per week plus 7% Government Tax Villa No. 3 1-bedroom; $150 per night plus 7% Government Tax 2 bedrooms; $225 per night plus 7% Government Tax 4 bedrooms; $400 per night plus 7% Government Tax. Weekly rate includes one free night. Summer Rates (April 16 - December 14) Villa No. 1 $75 per night; $450 per week plus 7% Government Tax Villa No. 2 $175 per night; $1,050 per week plus 7% Government Tax Villa No. 3 1-bedroom; $125 per night plus 7% Government Tax 2 bedrooms; $200 per night plus 7% Government Tax 4 bedrooms; $300 per night plus 7% Government Tax. Weekly rate includes one free night. Rates are based on double occupancy. Additional person per night is $50 US (WINTER) and $25 US (SUMMER). Children under 12 years of age free when staying in room with parents. RESERVATION STIPULATIONS A deposit of $300 is required on all reservations. Thirty (30) days cancellation notice is required for refund of deposit. Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Cash or Travellers cheques are accepted. No personal cheques. Check-in Time is 2:00 p.m. • Check-out Time is 12:30 p.m.

Amenities
Each suite has a fully equipped kitchenette, including full refrigerator, stove top and oven, microwave, coffee pot, blender, toaster, dishes, pots and pans, and cutlery. All suites have full bathrooms with a shower and bathtub, with towels and linens provided. One bedroom suites come with cozy king sized beds or 2, twin beds. Cable television is provided in each suite. Two-bedroom suites in villa no. 3 have a/c units in the bedrooms.

Car Rental Information
Johnny Hill Villa guests can rent vehicles from Denzil Clyne Jeep and Car Rental at a 10 percent discount. We have the following four-wheel drive vehicles available. Prices include taxes and insurance. We provide free pick up and delivery to and from the West End ferry dock and surrounding areas. View other Caribbean vacation resources.
